Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Pro at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro features until then, and you will not be charged again.

Refund eligibility

• Within 7 days of your first Pro payment: full refund on request, no questions asked.
• Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded in full once verified.
• Extended service outage: pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

Not eligible

• Renewal charges after the first 7 days of a billing period, where the plan was used.
• Dissatisfaction with job search outcomes — we do not guarantee interviews or offers.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email billing@launchmate.ai from the address on your account with the date of the charge. We respond within two business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Free plan

The Free plan is and remains free. No payment details are required and there is nothing to cancel.
